Testimonies

Before we go on mission trips, we bathe them in prayer, asking God to send salvation, work miracles, and provide healing power. Several months after the last mission trip I received the following email from Pastor David Kazungu. I share this with you not to receive any credit, but to display the power of God when people step out of their comfort zones in obedience to Him.

February 28, 2006

Dear Tony,

I'm glad to have received your messages this morning, and may the Almighty Name be praised. We too pray for you, and Magret, the mother of Debbie Grace, is glad to hear from you too. I'm writing to inform you that my daughter Racheal Tuzo, who could not walk, after you prayed for her can not only walk well, but she can run, jump and is now in nursery school. So may God be praised. We have also welcomed a new baby boy named Emanuel. For your information, we have almost ten people for whom you prayed that have now been totally healed. One of these is mother Agnes Ibrahim who had an aching leg that is now healed.

Please tell me when you plan to come next. The only problem is our church building construction. We have a small fund-raising project, but we are yet to complete it. May you please keep this problem in your prayers, for we need almost Ksh 600,000.
